TABLE OF PROGRESS AND AVERAGE NAVIGATED

TABELA DE TURNOS DE NAVEGAÇÃO E LAVAR LOUÇA (Sobre o turno de navegação, passamos por 3 fusos horários e para não afetar o ritmo do corpo e da mente, mudavamos uma hora no turno, assim na teória estavamos ajustados ao novo fuso, mas na prática os turnos seguiam o fuso inicial. Ex: passamos de -4 para -3, todos os relógios foram ajustados com 1 hora a mais e o primeiro turno alterado de 00:00-03:00 para 01:00-04:00)
TABLE OF NAVIGATION SHIFTS AND WASH DISHES (About our navigation shifts, we passed 3 time zones and to not affect our body and mind time, we changed an hour on shift, so in theory we were adjusted to the new time zone, but in practice the shifts followed the initial time zone. Ex: we went from -4 to -3, all clocks were adjusted with 1 hour more and the first changed shift 00:00 to 03:00 to 01:00 to 4:00 a.m.)
